Haven't you heard? Pink clothes and elf ears are all the rage these days. Take a look at the Artemis Fowl series or the 'Lord of the Rings trilogy. They all have pointy-eared people in them, and everybody reads them! Plus, it adds to her mysterious nature. The creators probably gave her powers like that because all defenseless princesses need some sort of cool backup ability as if to say "You think I'm helpless? Well watch this!"

Well, remember, one's Lyoko avatar is what their subconcious is thinking about (or something to that effect), and since she seemed to like Mr. Pück, BAM! elfishness. At least that's my theory :). CL-Bfahome, who else?

Season 4 completely mucked up all the knowledge we gained from Season 2. I personally prefer "Aelita Hopper" and "Aelita Lyoko" over "Aelita Schaeffer". CL-Angie Y. 07:07, 23 April 2008 (EDT)

Never the less we must still face the fact that Aelita's surname is Scaeffer however we can still call her Aelita Stones or Aelita Hopper as she is known that at Kadic and as far as everyone is concerned Franz Hopper is never called Waldo Schaffer in the series (excluding the ending credits). - CL-Scyphozoa 14:25 (GMT) 23rd April 2008
