Antea Schaeffer

Antea Hopper (Married name Antea Schaeffer) is Aelita's mother and wife of Franz Hopper. Very little is known about Antea as her name was not mentioned in The Key, she has pink hair (which explains where Aelita's pink hair comes from) and is shown to have been kidnapped and possibly killed by the Men In Black. Aelita had a memory flash of her mother being kidnapped in Distant Memory from their old home in the mountains. After the disappearance of Antea, Aelita and Franz Hopper moved to the Hermitage before being virtualized on Lyoko.

The Project Carthage folder also includes a photo of her pregnant with baby Aelita. This gives an idea of how long the project lasted.

She was voiced by an unknown voice actress in The Key, and by Jodi Forrest in Distant Memory.
